ROMA COSMETOLOGYTM
A Diploma Course in aromatic skin care, with
Jan Kusmirek (parts 1 and 3) and Ian Smith (part 2).

This objective of this course is to give the student or trained professional a well rounded view of what is possible, or not possible, in natural cosmetics.  To enable competency in providing alternative solutions in skin care and aesthetics to the major brands and to set clear objectives in custom blending emulsions, e.g. creams, lotions etc.

The deficiencies of poor quality bases or standard product is explained and the philosophy of 'natural' is examined with its ethical interpretations alongside controversial issues such as testing and preservation.

Specialist ingredients are discussed, such as amino acids, plant milks and hive products as well as different types of extracts.  Detergents, synthetics and petrochemicals are all examined along with common ingredients, their sources and actions.

Ethnic and genetic considerations, label claims, misleading advertising and testing protocols are all considered in this 30 hour in depth training course.

Each weekend course fee is  : £150.00                            or £400.00 when booked and paid for all three in advance. (inclusive of VAT and all materials)                           Inclusive of Tutor Diploma Certification on completion of home study assignments.
